We open and scan your mail directly to any email address. The mail is then sorted to your physical mailbox that you or someone else can empty.

After completing the order, you will receive a digital agreement that you need to fill in and sign with Bank ID. If you do not have a Bank ID, contact us by email. We will then send you an email within 24 hours with your new address and other information.
The price includes a deposit of SEK 250. The deposit is only refunded when the mailbox is terminated in writing two months before the end of the rental agreement, a change of address has taken place and any key returned. The deposit is only refunded via electronic transfer to the tenant.
