Registering your new address is your own responsibility, Postbox24 cannot change, delete or update your address.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ADDRESSES
No you can NOT be registered at a post box, you must have a registration address as well. You can register your mailbox as a special postal address with the Swedish Tax Agency, then you will receive your mail there. It is common when, for example, you share an apartment, are away for a long period, are between different homes or for other reasons do not want or can have your mail to your population registration address.
- How do I register my new address as a Special Postal Address and how long does it take?
You must report your new address as a Special Postal Address to the Swedish Tax Agency. We can, if time permits, be helpful with it, but it is your own responsibility to report and unregister your Special Postal Address with the Swedish Tax Agency. If you register a new Special Postal Address with Bank ID via the Swedish Tax Agency's website, it normally takes 2-5 working days before it is registered. If you choose to send in the form "Notification of Special Postal Address" on paper, it normally takes 4-6 weeks before it is registered.

- Do I have to register my mailbox as a Special Postal Address?
No you do not have to register your mailbox as a special postal address but that means that you do not receive mail to the mailbox from the authorities and companies that collect address information from the Swedish Tax Agency. Only from the companies and people you choose to give the address to.
- I'm not a customer anymore but my postal address is still to the mailbox?
Postbox24 cannot and may not change your address, it is your own responsibility. Remove the Special Postal Address at the Swedish Tax Agency by visiting the Swedish Tax Agency.

COMPANIES - THE COMPANY AUTHORITY
When you have received your new address from us, you must update it at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the easiest way to do this is with Bank ID on verksamt.se. The Swedish Tax Agency collects information about address changes from the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
